Selection Criteria
- The inductee must be an appropriate role model for youth.
- Business people from large and small businesses and corporations, entrepreneurs, educators, professionals or government officials-anyone who has made a significant contribution to the free enterprise system and has enhanced the Capital Region business environment.
- The emphasis will be on contemporary accomplishments with no more than two inductees chosen each year. Posthumous nominations, however, will receive additional consideration.
- The inductees may or may not be currently holding the position in which they achieved major success for which they are being honored.
- The geographic area to be considered for inductees will be the current operating area of Junior Achievement.
- Anyone who has left the above-mentioned area but has made a significant contribution while a resident may also be considered.
